Delete your QRBliss account

How to delete it

  1. In the QRBliss Android or iPhone app: open Account and tap Delete account.
  2. On the website: sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete my account.
  3. Can't sign in? Email hello@qrbliss.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Any paid subscription is cancelled first. Then we delete your login, all your QR codes (dynamic codes stop redirecting), their scan history, your uploaded logos and files, your custom domain, and your plan.

To delete single QR codes and keep the account, delete them in My QRs on qrbliss.com. Their scan history goes with them.

What is kept

Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own records of past payments under its terms and the law. QRBliss keeps nothing else.
