WiFi QR codes that auto-connect guests in one tap.
Create WiFi QR codes for restaurants, hotels, offices, events, orAirbnbs. Scan and connect — no "what's the password?" moment, no typing errors. Works on both iPhone and Android.
Six places guests need WiFi. One generator.
WiFi QR codes are static — the network name and password are baked into the code. Perfect for guest networks with stable credentials.
Coffee shop guest WiFi
One QR per table, coaster, or counter card. Customers scan and connect — zero "what's the password?" interruptions. Works on both iPhone and Android.
Hotel room access
A door-card QR connects guests the moment they step in. No front-desk password slip, no "is it 'Welcome123' or 'welcome123'?" call.
Office visitor WiFi
A lobby card or coaster for the front desk. Visitors scan once and they're in — no IT ticket, no Slack message to the helpdesk.
Event / conference WiFi
Print one QR per badge, program, or table tent. 500 attendees connect in the first 15 minutes — zero password announcements.
Airbnb / vacation rental
A fridge-magnet QR or entryway card. Guests arrive late, scan, and they're online — no hunt through the welcome book.
Restaurant table WiFi
A table-tent QR beside the menu code. Diners scan while they wait — better experience than "ask your server for the password."

Choose WiFi QR code type
Open QRBliss and select the WiFi type — it's the first option in the QR type grid. The form auto-shows the three fields you need: network name, password, and security type.
10 secondsEnter your network details
Paste your WiFi network name (SSID) and password. Pick your security type from the dropdown: WPA/WPA2 for most networks, WEP for legacy, or None for open networks.
30 secondsCustomize the design (optional)
Upload your logo for AI Brand Sync, pick a color palette, choose rounded or square modules. Or skip this — the default is clean and ready to print.
60 secondsExport and print
Download as PDF for printing (business cards, table tents, door cards) or PNG for digital sharing. Test the scan from across the table — both iPhone and Android should auto-connect.

Four ways WiFi QRs fail — and the fix.
If your WiFi QR isn't auto-connecting, it's almost always one of these four. Each one has a quick fix.
Using your main network password
WiFi QR codes store the password in plain text. Anyone who scans it can see your network credentials. Using your primary network password is a security risk.
Fix · Create a separate guest network with a different password. Most routers support guest WiFi with limited access to your primary network.
Wrong security type selected
Picking WPA2 when your network is WPA3, or WEP when it's WPA — the auto-connect fails. The phone shows the code scanned but never connects.
Fix · Check your router settings for the exact security type. WPA/WPA2 works for most modern routers. When in doubt, try WPA2 first.
SSID typo or extra spaces
One extra space in the network name, or "Guest_WiFi" when it's actually "Guest WiFi" — looks right to your eye but the phone won't match it.
Fix · Copy-paste the SSID directly from your router settings or WiFi list. Don't type it by hand — invisible characters break auto-connect.
Printing too small for distant scans
A 0.75-inch QR works fine at arm's length — but for a lobby sign or event banner that people scan from 6 feet away, it's too small to resolve.
Fix · Size up for scanning distance. 1 inch for tables, 2+ inches for signage. The farther the scan, the bigger the code.
Common WiFi QR questions.
Do WiFi QR codes work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes — both iOS and Android support WiFi QR auto-connect. On iPhone (iOS 11+), scan with the Camera app and tap the WiFi notification. On Android, scan with the Camera or a QR app and tap Join. No third-party app needed.
Is it safe to put my WiFi password in a QR code?
WiFi QR codes store your password in plain text — anyone who scans the code can extract it. Only use WiFi QR codes for guest networks, not your primary network. Most routers let you create a separate guest SSID with limited network access.
What security type should I select?
WPA/WPA2 for most modern routers — it covers both WPA and WPA2. Choose WEP only for very old routers (not recommended). For open guest networks with no password, select None. Check your router settings if unsure.
Can I update the WiFi password without reprinting?
No — WiFi QR codes are static. The password is baked into the code. If you change your WiFi password, you'll need to generate a new QR code and reprint it. For this reason, use a stable guest network password.
Where should I print my WiFi QR code?
Coasters, table tents, door cards, badges — anywhere guests need WiFi access. For cafes, print on coasters or table cards. For hotels, door cards or lobby signage. For events, badges or programs. Size matters: 1 inch minimum for arm's-length scans, 2+ inches for signage.
